Recent innovations include Temperature Recording & Reporting Software which eliminates the need for paper records.

COCOMS developed the first level training for food handlers funded by the European Commission in partnership with FERCO (the Trade Body for the Contract Catering Industry in Europe

John is a member of the CIEH Food Advisory Board.


Ed’s Easy Diner Group has been using the Cocoms Training and Compliance systems for a number of years and recently Cocoms has been helping us establish our Primary Authority relationship with Westminster City Council.

With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry he has had responsibility for advising on regulatory compliance systems for many companies including Forte, Gardener Merchant, Sodexo and was Food & Technical Affairs Advisor to the British Hospitality Association (BHA) from 2002 to 2015. John sat on a number of committees including:
